Our Classes



FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!


Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Strides 360®

Strides 360® promises a heart­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Although we are proud participants in philanthropic efforts all year long, November is the perfect time to think about giving or giving back if you've been looking for a reason - 'tis the season to give thanks AND give what you can; whether that's through donating your time, money, products, services, or gently used items that can go to a new home. Today, our daily challenge for the #5DaysofThanksandGiving gratitude challenge is encouraging you to GIVE. Have an extra $5 you could donate? Consider buying a coffee/tea to the person behind you in the Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts line today. Know of a local food drive? Bring in a few canned goods. Looking for somewhere to donate clothes you recently got rid of? Find a local women's shelter. Have extra time? Find a volunteer organization near you that could use some extra hands-on-deck this month. (volunteer.org is a great resource). How will you give back today or this month? Show us! ✨Woman Crush ✨ Each week we feature a Mama from Our Village! 💗 . Meet Jenna: . “Hi Mamas! My name is Jenna McDermott and my husband Matt and I have been married just a little over two years! We have one son, William, who will be 1 in December. We actually share the same birthday..best birthday present I’ve ever gotten ☺️ I am originally from Richmond, VA, but McKinney has been our home for the past three years. Before having William, I was a 2nd grade teacher in Dallas. I went from being around 20+ kids to just being around William after he was born. I loved every minute of being home with William, but it was definitely an adjustment...that’s where Fit4Mom comes in! I joined Stroller Strides when William was 5 months old (I don’t even know why I waited that long!) and have enjoyed every minute of it! Getting out of the house and being around other moms is a breath of fresh air. I love going to class every day to get in a good workout, but more importantly to hang out with the other moms and kids! I am so thankful for this village of moms, the friendships that have formed, and the friends William is making! Fit4Mom has truly been a blessing for our family!”
