Our Classes



FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!


Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Strides 360®

COMING SOON!!! Join us for a free preview class on September 12th or 17th. Classes will start on September 25th.

Strides 360® promises a heart­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Today (and yesterday and tomorrow) we give thanks. To YOU. To our families. To our child(ren). To our spouses/partners. To our support system. To our mom friend, our childhood best friends, our new friends. We give thanks for this gift of motherhood and all the beauty we cherish amongst the chaos. ✨Woman Crush ✨ Each week we feature a Mama from Our Village! 💗 . Meet Melanie: . “Hi FIT4MOM ladies! My name is Melanie Stegman. I was born & raised in Texas and have lived in Little Elm for ten years. I’ve been married to my husband, Mike, for 8 years and have been together for 13 years. We were married 4 years before we had our son, Deacon, who is now four and a half and is very excited to welcome baby girl into our family in less than a week!!!! I started FIT4MOM when I was 8 weeks pregnant back in April and it was the best workout for a pregnant momma who wants/craves a good workout program that I have found (and I did a lot of searching) that is also safe for baby! When I say good I mean, it’s SO good I sleep my BEST on the nights that I attend this class....and that says a LOT for a pregnant mama to get a good nights sleep while pregnant! It’s also fun getting to meet other moms and getting to talk about the obvious pregnancy symptoms and anticipate, together, what is awaiting us around the corner on delivery day- it almost always results in some laughter! I have one more week to go and I can honestly say I’m going to miss it terribly! Excited to try the other Fit4Mom classes once I’m released to get back to it after baby!”
