How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email kierstenmumm@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All hold requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. A hold request form must be filled out, the link can be found here .
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months, twice per year.
To cancel your membership please reach out to Kiersten at kierstenmumm@fit4mom.com. Cancellations need to fill out the form from Kiersten 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
