Kristin lost 11 pounds and 9 inches in 8 weeks!!
I love the Body Back class and I would take it again and again. The best part are the people in the class, including Leslie, that are there beside you to keep you motivated and to help you step up your workout. It's a safe, small group that has become a close-knit cheering section. The workouts are high intensity and challenging, but because Leslie plans each class differently, they are never boring and always fun. I look forward to coming to see what the night will be like. The meal plan becomes easy to follow and keeping track of your diet holds you accountable. I love the way I feel, I can see results and I'm proud of myself. Body Back is often times the highlight of my week.
