EFT Payments for Monthly Membership:

Monthly memberships must be paid through an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) system. We accept credit/debit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Monthly payments will be deducted on the 1st day of your billing cycle each month. If you change your debit/credit card, or have an updated expiration date, you must update your account online or contact Leslie immediately. Please contact Leslie Cuevas directly at lesliecuevas@fit4mom.com or 972-439-5536 to update your account. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 fee.

Class Pass Payments:

We accept debit/credit cards: Visa, Master Card, or American Express, cash or check for these passes. 10 Block Passes expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

Credit/Refunds:

There are no refunds on packages or memberships. There will be no refunds given for missed classes under any circumstance.
